ADR-0001	Repository charter — EE, supersedes the vexa-platform promotion tooling.
ADR-0002	Channel format — signed OCI entries; the signing model is still open.
ADR-0003	Customer kit — stock Argo CD + Kyverno + preflight; we ship configuration, not an agent.
ADR-0004	The node model — every station consumes, deploys, validates, signs.
ADR-0005	The kit is Apache-2.0; the factory stays proprietary. Superseded by ADR-0008.
ADR-0006	The internal channel — candidate entries and station-verdict accumulation.
ADR-0007	The station bundle — the machinery packaged like a release.
ADR-0008	The whole repository is Apache-2.0; customer material moves out. Visibility superseded by ADR-0009.
